The Salmon Bay Sunday swim

I survived another Salmon Bay Sunday swim. These workouts are an hour and a half and I definitely feel it in my shoulders by the end of it. We had about a 20 minute workout followed by 10 minutes of on/off kicking that was pretty intense. The workout consisted of a series of 400s, 200s and 50 sprints. I do pretty well on the freestyle, but I still lag behind on the other strokes...a lot of room to improve here. Made tentative plans to meet up with Ed again this week for some coaching. Went home and took a long winter's nap.
